Terms and Conditions for Money Clarity Coaching – Money Adulting Course
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Money Clarity Coaching course “Money Adulting” and outline the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of the Participant and Money Clarity Coaching, its affiliates, and businesses (“Releasees”).
1. Course Overview
Money Clarity Coaching offers the “Money Adulting” course as an educational program designed to provide participants with insights into financial literacy and money management. The course is for educational purposes only and does not guarantee specific financial outcomes.
2. Quitclaim and Waiver of Liability
By enrolling in the Money Adulting course, the Participant acknowledges the following:
• Assumption of Risks: Participation in the course involves risks and uncertainties related to personal financial decisions. The Participant understands that Money Clarity Coaching provides guidance and education but cannot be held responsible for individual financial outcomes.
• Release of Claims: In exchange for enrollment, the Participant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Money Clarity Coaching, its affiliates, and businesses from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses, whether known or unknown, arising from financial decisions made by the Participant before, during, or after completing the course.
• Indemnification: The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold Money Clarity Coaching, its affiliates, and businesses harmless from any losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) incurred due to claims brought by third parties arising from the Participant’s financial decisions.
• Executory Damages: Money Clarity Coaching and its affiliates will not be liable for any executory damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary, resulting from the Participant’s financial decisions.
3. Participant Responsibilities
• Accuracy of Information: The Participant agrees to provide accurate and truthful information when enrolling in and participating in the course. Money Clarity Coaching is not responsible for any errors or consequences arising from incorrect or misleading information provided by the Participant.
• Engagement and Participation: The success of the program depends on the active engagement and participation of the Participant. Money Clarity Coaching provides educational resources, but the application and outcomes are the Participant’s responsibility.
4. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines or, where applicable, the jurisdiction of the Participant’s geographic location. Any legal disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws.
5. Refund Policy
Money Clarity Coaching does not offer refunds for the Money Adulting course once the Participant has gained access to the course materials, unless otherwise specified or required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including but not limited to written content, video content, images, and other resources, are the intellectual property of Money Clarity Coaching. The Participant agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any course materials without explicit written consent from Money Clarity Coaching.
7. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Participant and Money Clarity Coaching regarding the Money Adulting course. It supersedes any prior agreements, representations, or discussions, whether written or oral.
By enrolling in the Money Adulting course, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions, including the Quitclaim and Waiver of Liability outlined above.
